I went to purchase a link bracelet and was disappointed that they still did not have my size available! I have been trying to get one since the beginning of December. I know I could get one online but would rather try it on.

The staff was not prepared for the sale today, to many customers waiting for assistance. This is a new store the staff was not friendly at all.

I need to return a damaged merchandise and the tax I paid on the previous item was not applied to the new purchase and I questioned it and was told yes. I arrived home and did the math and it was not credited.

The sales associate was amazing his name was Daniel. The the service for the store itself is horrible had to wait online outside till all customers were out of store even thought sign said 8 ppl max

The 2 boys at the Sono mall store were impolite , clueless, sono mall is for high end pockets and you need to training your employees better. Horrible costumer service. I don’t shop ever again At sono mall in Norwalk ct

Long line, sales rep was not knowledgeable of her products...I had to tell her how to use the gift card holder.. she did not opportunity to sell me the product..no suggestions or options

The sales associates were not attentive. It took 20 minutes before I was helped. They did not have any of the jewelry I wanted in stock in the appropriate size and said they could not order any online for me to pick up at a later day. The sales associate made me feel like I was being a burden for asking to try on more than one bracelet.
