Associate felt like they were doing me a favor by selling me a product. He had no knowledge of the product. He was counting the register right in front of me.

When there are new items, ie Star Wars- I would expect the salesperson ( there was only one other person in the store-she was not helping him) to show me the display rather than pointing at it. When I asked her what the items were:" baby Yoda", Chewbakah etc - she did not know, the only one she knew was the Star Wars logo. I asked her if they have special bracelets , sets etc and she did not show me the bracelet until I pointed it out in the outside display. Instead of buying all the new Star Wars that I intended, I called the Pandora Store in Tacoma Mall, Tacoma , Wa where I had bought other charms in the past. The sales lady there told me about the new Star Wars, the difference between the new and old BB droid, described the new and old Star Wars soldiers etc. Even though I would have to travel to Tacoma WA (53 miles drive) I would go there and see the merchandise. Also I asked them to describe the CT charm , they were out- very disappointing , they could not describe it or find the picture in the catalog but the other sales person says there is a CT charm. Very disappointing especially since the SONO Mall is new and is loosing money from minimal traffic and COVID.

The sale associate was absolutely rude, we asked for multiple jewelry and she didn’t seem interested in showing us. We wanted a necklace and asked what the charm said and she rolled eyes and without even taking it out said “dear mom or something like that” and went back to the register leaving us there... we just paid what we had and walked away. She only began acting nice when she saw we had the Pandora credit card. So rude!!!

The cashier forgot to put my $155 necklace in the bag that I got for my mother for Christmas. It is now 10:00pm on Christmas Eve and I have realized the ring is here, but the necklace is not. The store will be closed tomorrow and now the necklace I spent $155 on for my mom will not be able to be given as a Christmas gift for her. I am so upset.

There weren't that many people in store. NOT one employee acknowledged me, nor said "Hi! I'll be with you in a moment" that I would be totally good with. But not one of the three girls that were there said anything. I wanted to buy much more, but with their attitudes, I just picked up my order and left. I think these employees need to be trained on customer service!

I arrived at the store , it was busy . I waited my turn looking at rings . Some more customers arrived . Sales associate started helping customers that had arrived instead of me and my son who had been patiently waiting . We were never greeted when we entered the store. I went over to speak with one of Sales Associate to find out she was Manager . Manager was also very rude and not helpful . I wasted about $120 but feel like I stayed because I needed a gift and person loves Pandora . But if it was based on the way I was treated I for myself will not return ever . Horrible customer Service . I was mistreated completely and not even an apology .

The sales people apparently will judge how people is dressed. Even though I came first to the store the helped a perdón that came in after me and they just helped me because I asked for help not because they were interested in helping me.

pandora rep paid no attention to my wife and i while we were in the store we had too call him over to give us a hand when we made our request he did not talk he just handed us a large book and it is mostly in here this is no way to treat customer
