Well the customer service was excellent. Everyone was very nice even the customers that came in were very friendly. Prices were a little high but was expected. I will definitely be returning.

The staff is always very friendly and willing to help or discuss any elements of birding, like identification. They helped me identify a bird I was seeing in my yard.
