Knowledgeable staff

I’d like to see more metal, ceramic, and/or strong glass used in your products. I understand that plastic is strong and weather resistant but feeding birds is just one part of our effort to be more nature-friendly, so I avoid buying it whenever I can. The metal treat feeder, rain cap for my seed cylinder, and bird food I bought are great.

It's a fun store to go into! I got what I needed, but also thought of other things once I was there.

Recently new to LaPlata stopped in to check out the store. I was Pleased to find what I was looking for. Was very friendly and helpful. Store was clean and organized. It was near closing, and I was short on time, but I plan on stopping in again soon.

I was looking for a good quality thistle feeder for the finches in the yard and they had a really nice one!

As a beginner in the bird watching hobby the staff is always eager to offer advice and educate me on the various feeds and habitats of the birds on and around my property. I will bring in pictures and they will readily help me to identify the particular species of bird.

The staff were remarkably knowledgeable about the birds & the items in the store. I have blue birds for the first time this year & needed to know what they like & a feeder for them. Our sales person took the time to explain everything to me & her reasons for her recommendations. I got what I needed and additional items since I joined the "club". It was a wonderful shopping experience without any pressure to purchase anything I didn't ant or need.
