Everyone is always so polite and helpful in getting me the right products to entice the type of birds I want. They are extremely knowledgeable.

It's always fun to go to WBU every one is so friendly. They even love to see LillyRose, she get's so excited to see her friends. The store is always clean and always has what I need.

The Staff are real bird lovers and know all about their products. They also know and change the type of food needed to keep the birds healthy as the seasons change, I love the fact that I didn't have to wait for someone to help me. They are standing by to help and take the heavy load to the counter for me. At times I even have the pleasure of a volunteer to take my heavy bags to my car. Also hand sanitizer and mask are available at the door to keep me and the staff safe. Last but not least I love that I can go into their website and learn all about different types of birds and how to enjoy taken care of them. Thank you for asking

The young lady that helped me over the phone was so nice and helpful and work with me to solve the problem of the bird houses and the squirrels and then she called me back to tell me she found something else that I that might help me out so sweet and then when she greeted me in the store she was just as nice in person as she was on the phone she’s a keeper

The store associate really seemed to know about feeding wild birds. (Our question had to do with seed mix) but she asked a lot of questions and finally explained that the birds probably stopped eating because we had made so many changes at one time. She told us to have patience. She didn't try to sell a lot of merchandise that would not help the situation.
