The store overall had a welcome feeling and the employee who assisted us was awesome. Answered all our questions. Gave us different options etc. They could use a bigger footage store since the store was busy and we had to wait for awhile for checkout. Overall toughh very happy with everything.

I always go in for one item and leave with lots more. The employees are engaging, knowledgeable and fun. Lots of great quality merchandise.

staff always friendly with words of encouragement and ideas to being birds to my feeders. Love the talks the owner gives since it is an educational talk plus can talk to others that are into bird watching. Had an issue with not getting emails and was able to get it resolved. The food is high quality and the feeders and homes are made of sturdy material.
