I shop in this store very regularly (at least once every 2-3 weeks). You always have the standard feeding essentials that I need. This time was a special offering of a winter blend cylinder with a purchase of a bag of winter blend mix. I never hesitate to try something new in my feeders because I know you sell the highest quality food. The customer service is always over the moon!! I get suggestions for new products/feeders/adapters for my pole systems, etc. Your store is truly my favorite place to shop. Thank you for always providing the best products and service.

Staff is always friendly and informative

The staff is always beyond friendly and truly meets the needs of what I am in search of for at every visit. This visit was during the cold, fridge time of year and we selected the Winter Blend and I also refilled my cylinder with the cranberry mix. The staff showed me new products to keep in mind without pressuring for the sale in the moment. Always a lovely experience to speak the back yard bird lingo with fellow bird lovers.

My visit to the Wild Birds Unlimited in La Plata, MD was necessary because I ran out of food on this cold wintry day! Lots of smiles greeted me and it was a warm and perfect experience. I'm happy, my birds are happy, and WBU gave me the best suet to warm up my birds, and I get a size bag I can handle. Love the store and the staff!
