I always have questions when I go to the store and staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Visited the La Plat, MD location. Store environment is incredibly pleasant; cute, clean, excellent product selection, lovely bird calls playing, and live footage of a nest in our local state park! Store employees were friendly, helpful, super knowledgeable, and exhibited great customer service. In particular, Mike had an outstanding demeanor. He was lovely to talk to and had impressive knowledge about all things birds. I immediately recommended this store to friends and family, and I will 100% visit again.

They delivered the merchandise in person the day after I ordered it. They also gave me a complimentary bag of bird food.

You have a most outstanding employee. I can't remember her name but she makes fantastically funny jokes, trips over things in the most comical way and treats her fellow employees and shoppers like victims, in a good way I mean. Her knowledge of birds as eating machines with beaks and wings is spot on and extremely helpful as I didn't know what a bird was until shopping at this store. And to learn that the birds will actually start talking after consuming the magical food I bought will really keep me coming back. I've left tiny cleaning tools within their reach since she told me the birds will happily clean the house if I leave a window open. Thanks a million WBU (We Bark Unanimously)

Made a purchase for a friends birthday. Staff helped make the perfect selection.

I loved being in the Wild Birds Unlimited store for the first time since before the pandemic! It made me happy to be among the friendly people, KK and Mike, and the lovely things that appeal to my soul and love of birds. I found exactly what I was looking for, and appreciated the bird seed and peanut butter for my feathered friends. I can't say for certain, but the new seed I provided for the birds brought forth a flurry of activity, and enticed a female towhee into the feeder! I haven't seen her for years! Thanks for being a wonderful part of our community.
