Visited the La Plata location for the first time after watching the Hummingbird presentation via the library. I upgraded my hummingbird feeder & bought a few accessories for it. I knew pretty much what I wanted to buy. I was greeted and helped right away. She answered my questions. I appreciate the free bird seed and will be back for a feeder and look around a bit more. Thanks!

My 6 year old granddaughter and i were greeted immediately as we entered the store. The associate overheard us talking about hummingbird feeders and offered her assistance. I let her know this was our first visit and she showed us everything. We loved it. Bought a few feeders. We will return for the hummingbird feeders. I think this is our favorite store. When we left my granddaughter said “that girl was so nice, I like her :)” Can’t wait to return

All employee's are professional, kind and friendly , very knowledgeable about the products and the birds.

I went in just looking for two things but not really knowledgeable. The staff was super helpful and I learned a lot. I also became a club member on their suggestion and got lots of goodies to go with it. Great value.
