well 1st I forgot my mask, call the store and they had some at the front door. I didn't have to go back home. The lady knew exactly what I needed even though I did not know the proper name. I went in for a $6 item, and because of beautiful layout I look around and ended up spending over $50. Love the experience. Thank you for asking.

Answered my questions, good explanation of the birdfeeder I was looking to purchase, great knowledge of how the birdfeeder works, good directions on assembly, explained the benefits of a yearly membership with no pressure.

Love the people that work there and their expertise! I could spend hours in that store!

The store had so many exciting options for bird feeding and it was so nicely organized and laid out. I like specialty stores that offer variety and great products you can’t find elsewhere. I also loved the personal touch that Julie offered. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. She put us at ease and shared our common interest and love of birds. She also helped us identify a few birds we have seen in our backyard. She was so nice to talk to. I told her I joined your Facebook group and she recommended I post the woodpecker I spotted in my backyard. I posted the picture and she commented on my picture, thanking me for coming into the store. The entire experience was top notch and Julie added the extra special touch that made me feel welcome. I will definitely be back!
