This store has the most knowledgeable and friendly staff! The selection is great. Prices are pretty fair. Quality is the best. I enjoy my new "hobby" and so do the birds.

Before the 2020 Pandemic, I shopped in store and the staff was always pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Since the Pandemic, I've elected to shop on-line and have my items delivered. Although ordering information states delivery could take between 1-5 days, I've always received my items the same day and within a couple hours. WBU has been a wonderful addition to our community and a great neighbor!

The store always has what we need and the staff are friendly and very helpful.

The person who helped us was very knowledgeable about the products and birds in general! He provided useful information on what type of food draws which types of birds and how to deter squirrels. :-)
