The store staff were welcoming and knowledable and helpful. I had 'ordered' things but I also looked around for other items in addition to what I had requested. In some instances I changed items. There were no problems with any of that.

I knew nothing about birds and left knowing everything ! The sales rep was very knowledgeable

I received Prompt, friendly service. I received excellent information about a variety of questions I had about feeders, bird food, and various Species of birds. . I had a faulty hummingbird feeder and in seconds had a replacement part . I’m fairly new at this and feel very comfortable asking questions . I also feel comfortable being in the store because the sanitary procedures are carried out from entering to completing the purchase.

We were shopping for a hummingbird feeder. As novices we found the sales person extremely helpful with our purchase and advice about using the feeder. In two days we have identified 5 different hummingbirds at our feeder. We are very happy WBU customers.
