The sales lady was helpful and very knowledgeable about the bird seed. One of my grandchildren is allergic to peanuts and the lady picked out the one type that is peanut free so my grandson can handle it. The items in the store seem to be of very good quality and I'm looking forward to purchasing some as gifts.

The staff is friendly and well informed about local birds. They are helpful, and eager to engage customers. The products you provide are excellent, and consistently attract a wide cross-section of colorful and singing birds. The only hesitation I have about WBU products is that the prices are a bit high. I have to be very selective in what I buy from your store for that reason. Otherwise, the products, staff, service, and special events (guest lectures, raptor presentations, etc.) have been excellent, even exceptional.

THE POLICY ABOUT DAMAGED ITEMS AND BEING ABLE TO EXCHANGE IS NOT MADE CLEAR TO THE ASSOCIATES AND THE CUSTOMER. I HAD TO WAIT UNTIL THE STORE MANAGER, THEN THE OWNER UNDERSTOOD WHAT THE DAMAGE WAS TO THE BIRD FEEDER. ONCE THE DECISION WAS MADE TO REPLACE THE PIECE NO ONE CALLED ME TO EXPLAIN. I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE OUTCOME BUT THERE WAS CONFUSION.

Prices have sky rocketed. I will have to find alternatives in the future, such as commissary, Ace Hardware, Chewy, etc.
