It was just so many different beautiful objects there for me to see. I will be going back to get a few more cages and food. I enjoy just looking at my birds when they eat the food.

For a short time. there was no curbside pickup, which forced a delivery, which I was charged for and made it worthless to earn bird bucks. Also, it seemed like there was only 1 employee, so when I arrived for pick up, he was on the phone and didn't seem to know I was there.

There was an error during pickup - the wrong order was placed in my car. I had to make a second trip back to the store, which is about 30 minutes away, to exchange. Staff was friendly and apologetic and the problem was quickly corrected!!

I love the store. I thought the prices were a little on the high side but other than that everything was great. I will be a returning customer.

I love the store and everyone is nice but one lady followed me around the store talking about everything I looked at. She put an item in my hand at one point...I HATE that. It was so over the top I just wanted out. She is nice but needs to back off a little.

Do not understand why you send paid membership customers coupons that we cannot use because we are a member and that is the reason you have our address to start with?? Namely coupons that say 20% off any purchase. Thank You, George and Dreama Cusic

I was happy w/Tyler's professionalism and knowledge of my phone order. Picking up curbside the young lady who brought out my bag was upset because I didn't want her to put it in my trunk. (I drive a convertible and there is zero trunk space. Even if there were plenty of trunk space, it 's my choice.). She expressed dissatisfaction with having to hand me my bag even though I wore a mask in my car. She told me next time I should know it's policy to put item in trunks. Tyler told me to hand the curbside person my Bird Bucks receipts at pick up. She was not happy about having to take them from me. Her attitude was a little poor. I could tell she was feeling alot of stress.

Pushy sales people. Spent 20 minutes selecting a feeder system only to be told at checkout by the person who hovered over me that the price tag was for only 1 component. Used coupon for a small bag of feed and left. Tired of the pushy salespeople!!

You can't seem to figure out how to honor my membership. I always seem to get another explanation as to what card or receipt I should have and I NEVER have the right one.
