Everyone was very friendly and on time. The therapists were both fabulous!! Very clean except the bathroom needed a little attention, floor was dirty. Receptionists were friendly, but the one that checked us out spoke really fast.

She did a great job of working out my neck. She was on time and did a nice job of listening to what I asked to focus on.

Everyone was very professional and kind. Best massage I’ve gotten so far and will be getting more in the future.

I don’t think it’s right to start the massage 5 minutes into the appt then end it 10 minutes before the appt. 45 mins is 15 less than what we pay for. Other than that it was great.

since i have been a customer for sometime I have continual address the checkout process, points, gift cards. the checkout process has never been favorable, that fact that the receptions team speaks so loud about the gratuity (why doesn't the system you use for check out let you sign and make that decision on your own VS an announcement in the lobby/reception) it seems as thought you have restrictions on get cards-such as if you purchase at maple location you can not use it a Pacific location. then let discuss how in the state of NE gift cards are not supposed to expire per NE law. Once you purchase a gift card it then falls into this how to use it loop hole, which is such deceptive practices on Hand & Stones side. The company is on a fast track on loosing its luster.

The room was warm and the setting was welcoming. The esthetician was very knowledgeable and friendly. The bed was warm and comfortable.

Jax is so attentive and professional. She is so knowledgeable and always relieves my issues no matter how complex. Jax is the best massage therapist and I have referred more than 5 people to her and they all agree she is amazing!
