My reason for scheduling a massage was to relieve knots & tension in my shoulders and neck. Tiffany asked several questions to determine how to approach this problem area & then made sure I was positioned comfortably. My neck & shoulders felt much better afterwards.

Serena was very friendly, caring about my wants for the facial, and did an excellent job of making me feel so relaxed! She does an awesome job and I would highly recommend her and return to Serena for facials. The receptionist was very friendly, welcoming, and smiled! My overall experience was amazing!

Chloe did an excellent job and relieved pain and discomfort in my neck, shoulders, and back as we discussed. She was great at checking on pressure and my comfort. Very relaxing!
