My massage therapist Jaxx is PHENOMENAL...She was very skilled, kind and knowledgeable; and knew the right amount of pressure to use in various areas, especially the areas where I carry a lot of stress and was very tight. As an active person approaching 50, I would not be able to enjoy all the activities I do without having a strong, healthy body. Getting regular massages from Hand and Stone ensures that my body is free of aches and pains and allows me to continue to enjoy sports to the degree I want. My masseuse (Chloe) makes it her job to give attention to the areas that need attention, and makes me feel like she has a vested interest in my muscles being free of issues. I have been getting regular massages for over 20 years, and I can tell that she doesn't just go through the motions, she definitely takes care of my body.

The front desk staff was genuinely welcoming and easily guided me with the use of gift cards I was using for the service. She smoothly and effectively provided an upscale purchase option to make the most of my facial with my gift cards. The esthetician was very knowledgeable an offered excellent purchase options my requests.

The main reason I ended staying with Hand and Stone is when I found Tiffany as my massage therapist. I had decided to use my one last credit and was going to cancel until I got Tiffany for my "last" massage. She is amazing - best I have had all of the years I have been getting massages. My one concern is that the cost for the massages I receive at Hand and Stone as compared to Massage Heights were I was a member for many years. My membership at Massage Heights was $60 a month for one massage, with aromatherpay and an upgrade to hot stones. I believe with Hand and Stone that would cost $100 with no aromatherapy. Plus I always added on an additional half hour which was $30 at Massage Heights and $40 at Hand and Stone. So the difference is $90 to $140 which I feel is substantially more expensive. I have stopped getting hot stones to try to keep the cost down, but that is hard because the hot stones really helped loosen the knots in my muscles. I do know that the only reason I have kept on my membership and continued to get massages is how good Tiffany is as a massage therapist. If she ever left Hand and Stone, I don't believe I would keep my membership going at the rates charged.

Norma was freaking amazing, friendly, funny, knowledgeable and a talent therapist.

Chloe was warm and welcoming. She really asked appropriate questions about massage needs and listened to my responses. Her massage techniques were just what I needed.

Jaxx was super nice and knew what she was doing. She listened when I asked for a pressure adjustment. Overall I was very comfortable with her.
