I just love Jaxx!!!

The aesthetician was very knowledgeable and spent the entire hour performing her duties, did not leave the room like a lot of them do. Massaged neck and shoulders while mask was drying.

Would love if aromatherapy or something in the room was included…it adds that spa type feel without feeling like you have to pay more.

The therapist was great. I asked for a frim deep tissue massage and that is what I got. She definitely located the stress areas and this being the next day I already am feeling better in my shoulder. She checked in regularly to make sure I could handle the pressure. Just a great overall experience and she was definitely skilled!
