The lady was great very friendly and did a great job.

Norma is fabulous. She got out the boob pillow, and it was great. She uses the best pressure.

In these times, it is a challenge to keep putting forth the monthly fee, but the services and quality helps justify it. A suggestion would be an occasional members-only tiny benefit such as a 5-minute hot stone or hand massage/hand CBD, etc...just something tiny as a member add-on really makes the experience great, and it was how I tried CBD lotion for the first time and now I am going to pay for a full-body CBD add-on.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The massage was fantastic. The wait wasn't terrible but the hour I had to block is during my working day so I feel more of a time crunch to get in and out. An online self-check-in option would be wonderful. I'd also like the confirmation email to include the massage therapist's name. I know my last minute booking isn't ideal but often I don't know when I'll be available. Booking a month out just isn't an option for me right now. I'd love to see more time slots available in the 4pm to 6pm range during the week.

My body is riddled with arthritis. I’ve had 3 surgeries with 2 more scheduled this year. Jaxx with her high degree of skill and positive nature helps me achieve a healthy quality of life I would not have without her.

I have to say that it is getting difficult to get an appt for 8-5 M-F worker bees
