The minute I walked into Hand and Stone I was welcomed in a very polite and friendly way and was checked in for my appointment immediately. Serina was also very friendly and listened to my concerns and gave me options to choose from for my issues, but she did not “force” the add-ons. I really liked the add-on that she suggested and will get it again! Serina is so amazing because she makes me feel comfortable, listens to me, is very nice, and I really enjoy the facials she gives! The whole experience is just great!!
