The wait to get an appointment when it's convenient for me is ridiculous. This time the reception was on the phone and checking me, like she was rushing her customer on the phone and myself.

The receptionists are always wonderful; they engage in conversation, are professional, and always ask how the guest's experince was. I opted to book a session with a different therapist, Tiffany, and she was wonderful! So much so that I changed my appointment with my usual therapist to her for my next massage. I also like that Hand and Stone offers dermatalogica products as this is a line that I am familar with and use.

Ms Jax is the best massage therapist I have ever gone to. She is very personable and knowledgeable and skilled in her profession. Love her!
