Bell, my esthetician, was outstanding in her knowledge and sharing information with me. She was kind, and attentive. I plan on returning because of my experience with her, but also because my facial felt quite productive.

Overall experience was great but the only thing that I was not satisfied because, they said it would be 1 hour massage, but I was taken inside around 8:05, my appointment was at 8. by the massage started after changing it was 8:10, it ended at 8:56pm. therapist said 10 minutes for consultation, massage time is only 50 minutes and 10 minutes for consultation. Noone mentioned that over the phone when I made and appointment. We think we pay for 1 hours and there you find out it is only 50 minutes. 10 minutes consultation was not even done, she asked me 2 questions and that does not take 10 minutes. Either, client should be made clear while booking and appointment or full one hour should be spent on massage. I would say receptionist did not mention about the time of the massage and consultation stuffs. Please improve this area, else massage was good experience for $69.99.

I received a massage that was a great combination of therapeutic and relaxing, maybe we chatted too much but it was nice to get to know each other.

The receptionists were very helpful with booking my appointment over the phone and helping me get all checked in for my massage. Tatum, my massage therapist, was AMAZING. She is so receptive and skilled, I would love to see her regularly.

Jorden gives a great deep tissue massage. The rooms are very nice and calming. The massage tables are very comfortable. I highly recommend Jorden to all my friends.

Tiffany is fantastic. I asked her to focus on my back as that's where I was having aches and pains and she worked wonders. Everyone at the location is friendly and helpful.
