I joined H&S to be able to access regular massages at a lower cost to help address a health condition. I was scheduled with an experienced therapist at my first visit who has always been friendly, supportive, and attentive to my comfort. The reception staff are likewise enthusiastic and welcoming. I look forward to my visits and have referred my family and friends as well.

Jax really knows her stuff! Her magic fingers pinpoint my problem area on my calves and heel. Jax educated me on why I was having these problems and made me aware of my daily habits that might be causing this to continue. I tell Jax I hate her so much while she is digging in, but totally love her after😉 Jax has a awesome personality and I love chatting with her...she is basically my therapist too... the atmosphere of the whole place is warm. We all know that massage envy feels like a cattle prod...Hand and Stone does not even compare...in a good way!
