Jordan knew what she was doing. When there was too much pressure, she lightened her touch just enough. Jordan hit all my tender spots and was so effective, I dell asleep.

The individuals were very courteous. I did not feel rushed or like I was putting them out. The waiting area is nice and open, not cluttered, which made it easier to relax. I felt welcomed by the massage therapist, as if she were happy to see me even though I had never been there before. There was not a time that I felt uncomfortable.

Getting in was rather difficult because my appointment had been rescheduled a few times, but once I was there they went above and beyond to make up for it. There was even extra accommodations made for me when there was some confusion about billing. Fantastic massage. Fantastic customer service. Will return, possibly join the monthly programming.

Jordan was sweet and very knowledgeable. My therapist found and worked on the trouble areas.

I was able to get in on the day that I wanted. I had some special needs that Deborah addressed very carefully and compassionately. It was a good enough experience that I am now a member. I also purchased a gift certificate for a friend.
