Everyone was very kind and helpful. The waiting room and massage room were very clean and calming.

I absolutely love the service I receive. Jaxx knows just what I need every visit! Highly skilled at what she does with the best personality to go with it!!! Always referring my friends!!!

Jax is amazing. I was ready to end my membership until I was assigned to her in error. It was the best thing that happened. She is the best!

The receptionist was busy and I was in excruciating pain upon arrival and departure. I had to stand and wait while she checked someone out and so I sat down on my own. She should have acknowledged me and said it will be just a moment why don’t you have a seat! Departing she was on the phone booking an appt. again she should have acknowledged me and said are you ok to wait a min. I interrupted her because it felt it was taking her forever. I said I’m in pain and need to go can you just add 20% and let me leave. Then she put the person on hold. But overall she needs more training and also you really need another person to help or she needs to take care of people that are there before a person on the phone. Or at least welcome them acknowledge them and offer them care and then get back to the checking out or phone calls.she needs to also read body language. I told her when she checked me in I was in extreme pain so she should have known to put the caller on hold. Thx Deana Hendrickson.

Bell does an amazing job and my massage prior to this with Jaxx was just what I needed. Both are extremely talented and take care of me excellently. Highly recommend hand and stone their staff Abd the experience.

Tiffany was great! I asked her to focus on my back and shoulders and she did just that! I walked out feeling so much more mobile and relaxed than when I walked in. I will definitely be booking Tiffany again!

Receptionists are always friendly and attentive. I have enjoyed all the massages by my massage therapists, they all remember me and are friendly. I always leave relaxed.
