The staff was very friendly. Everyone was very knowledgeable about the products. My massage therapist was very nice and informative and helped a lot.

The appointment was easy to book and the availability was good. The spa was very clean and I felt very safe there. The massage room was very calming.

The esthetician answered all of my questions about skin care. The products used were products that I have used in the past and feel comfortable using. Hand and Stone was beautiful and welcoming.

My therapist listened to what area I needed to work. Offered helpful input.

I was very impressed from start to finish with everything and everyone. So thrilled that I signed up for a membership which I had no intention upon doing when I originally booked for a massage.

This is a great location for me as it is close to my house. I love my therapist as she is quiet, even pressures and does a very thorough job on either sides of my body. She always remembers to bring the table down so I can get up on the table. Great job!

The team at the Regency Hand & Stone location are amazing. The reception team are friendly and accommodating and my massage therapist was amazing. She was conscientious of my well being throughout the session and I left feeling refreshed and with less pain.
