I enjoyed the facial I received. It was very relaxing and I am looking forward to my next one. Any questions I asked were addressed.

Jaxx does an amazing job! She digs in to problem areas and really knows her stuff. Reception is friendly and everything is clean. You can tell staff likes working there.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the reception staff always makes my experience relaxing from start to finish. My massage therapist was also very knowledgeable and helpful with giving me the best possible massage.

It was easy to book my appointment for massage and access to the facility is convenient. I really like that facials are available also. I will continue my membership and recommend to others for massage and facials.

Receptionists were super nice and welcoming. Therapist was great as well. Super intense which is what I was looking for (which is why I said neither satisfied or dissatisfied with relaxation because I was looking for intense deep tissue, not relaxation). Very clean and welcoming.

So glad I found my Jax! Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. Also, loved the ambiance and spa vibe yet the affordable prices. Add-in’s were also made easy but not pushy.

The receptionists and the aesthetician provided prompt and friendly service. The employees are knowledgeable and contribute to the calm and relaxing ambiance of the spa. The facial was wonderful; my skin felt rejuvenated afterwards.
