My massage gal Kim is very knowledgeable. Kim is the best. She cares about how you are feeling and helps.

Jaxx is THE BEST! She is knowledgeable & a great asset to the team. She is the reason I’m mobile & have minimal back pain. The new facility is beautiful

I believe I may have two small burns on the right side of my cheek from procedure where esthetician asks to rate tingling sensation. Woke up this morning to two small spots that looked burnt. Felt as if reception pushes the membership on you. Essentially I felt as if I was already going to be charged the membership before agreeing to it.

I went in for a massage because I have been having some stress in my life and my back is very tight. She spent the time non-stop talking about her personal life issues. Not at all relaxing. I will go back I just will request someone else.

The facial was only 40 min from start to finish. I wish it was longer, especially after adding additional service.

I didn’t think I select highly dissatisfied. The questionnaire is lacking in depth. Asking for the tip out loud after leaving service room. What happened to making envelops available in the service room?

The massage was great and the the staff is very nice. Sometimes I experience stiffness in my neck after a massage and this time I have. The massage was 90min, but this time I still had discomfort in my neck.

Upon booking an appointment with 5-10 minutes I had a friend reach out and ask if I had booked an appointment at Hand and Stone. The manager had asked this friend if it was me, this was unprofessional and showed me a lack of privacy with my personal information.
