She was new to me Not too much pressure was applied Left too much oil on my body

My needs were adequately met. I'm not a typical "spa" customer... I'm wanting a reasonably priced, quality massage without any frills. *I would note that your lobby chairs are wearing out and not quite comfortable.

I did have a little trouble communicating with Helen; the language difference. I specifically asked for no elbow use and she did. That is my only complaint.

Cost is high for 50mins not even an actual hour

Every one was very nice and the place looked very clean. The therapist was knowledgeable and very friendly. The room was very clean and it was over all a good experience

The therapist did not address my area of pain. She asked if I had any problem areas, I told her my hip, and then she never massaged my hip area.

Jennifer was the best massage therapist I have ever had. She's the reason I booked again.

A great massage from Jessica, she can read the body and find the areas of tension plus focus on them to help relax the body and work out the built up stress from day to day action that builds up making me feel tense, sore or uncomfortable, working those areas to relaxation, relief and renewal.

I had a very nice experience at Hand and Stone. I loved the ambiance. The massage helped my back and shoulder tremendously, but it seemed my neck hurt more the next day.

Felt rushed signing up for membership, receptionist didn't do a good job of explaining anything other than the initial cost/billing date. I asked about upgrading to 90 min and she told me to look online/app and then let me see the general add on sheet which didn't mention cost for 90 min or 2 hr sessions. Tried to take the iPad away before I was done reading fine print.
