Not having the full 60 mins can be frustrating at times but other than that I have no complaints.

The massage was short as she said she had to leave and get kids at 2. I just felt she was at the end of the day and done.

Service was great, only complaint was that there was some noise from outside the room that I could hear during the service. I was able to relax but definitely had to tune that out at points.

I booked with the impression that I had booked at one location and that was not the case. My reminder email and text also did not specify. Good thing I was early to fill out paperwork, because I was at the wrong location.

This is the second time that my request for add on services was ignored. To add to it, when the therapist realized he forgot to do the add ons and advised the front desk to take them off, they were still going to charge me. Yes, he apologized profusely for his mistake, but for the front desk to still try to charge me for services not received, completely unacceptable. Also, the reception staff has changed so many times that no one there knows the clients by name anymore.

When booking an hour massage, I was hoping to have the full hour, the website showed I reserved an hour and 15 minutes to allow for undressing a dressing. My massage all together was 45 minutes with a scalp massage add on

It felt a little like he kept checking the time or something on the counter and that made me feel stressed about the time, rather than being able to relax.

It was mediocre No message of the neck & shoulders No sinus message

I did not have the entire hour as a massage since the time included undressing and dressing

The only thing Is that I don’t like to talk during my massage and she talked the whole time but was very nice and informative
