The main issue is the price. The introductory price is tolerable but the regular price is too high when otherwise it doesn't feel like a premium day spa. I'd expect more amenities (like a changing area or at least some hangers) and a more seamless process. Massage itself was great, though, very satisfied with the quality of the massage and kindness and skill of the massage therapist.

The travel distance is too great for regular appointments. Aroma therapy selections were limited. I should have booked 2hrs.

Felt like I was a nuisance being the last appt of the night. This was the only option that worked in my schedule. I even switched locations to find an evening appointment that wasn't 3 weeks out.

No reason in particular. I tend not to give the highest raying in any survey. Perhaps I am just hard to please.

I was running late so was not able to use my entire time so my issue vs the service I received.

The website says I booked a 1 hour appointment, however, the therapist only did 45 mins. I think being more accurate when advertising about the length of the massage would help in the future

I paid for two services, massage and facial. Upon payment I requested separate invoices so I could be reimbursed for the massage through my work. I confirmed this with reception, and confirmed I'd be using the same card for both charges. They sent me one invoices with two charges on it. I call to ask for separate invoices. Apparently, both services needed to be refunded and then recharged. Somehow I ended up with 5 charges on my card, totaling over $700 just because I wanted a separate invoice! I was charged way too much for just needing the invoice processed properly as I asked in the office. Thankfully I had enough money in my account but that is ridiculous!

I have a membership to help with stress and relaxation. I didn't experience the stress and relaxation that I was seeking during my most recent massage when I noticed some music playing (not the relaxation music) and it made me anxious that somehow my phone was not on silent and an app was playing. When I said something to my massage therapist she was surprised I was hearing the music and explained that it was coming from her AirPod in her ear & that her music was on the lowest setting. The music being listened too was the exact opposite of the relaxation music being played throughout H&S. I just never was able to let go of the anxiety for the remainder of my appt.

I called, asked if there was time to add brow wax, my appt was kept at an hour which meant my facial was not a full facial

My massage therapist smelled heavily of cigarettes, which kind of killed the experience. While I felt relaxed during the massage, I did not feel as though my aches were properly resolved.
