On my most recent visit, I was charged as a non-member and had to call to have them refund my account. Refund still hasn't posted. My massage therapist is wonderful though

The website did not list the price for a couples massage. I was booked for two single massages, and moved to a couples massage when requested. BUT, it was a huge jump in price and that was not explained on-line or when we checked out. We were given $30 credit, but still that price jump was huge and not explained up front.

The ambience and the waiting room and the energy there is not positive friendly like it used to be.

Nothing much is absolutely perfect.

My esthetician seemed to be very new. I totally understand learning and training, she was just not as good as the esthetician I had the previous 2 times. Although very friendly!

We were booked, then charged incorrectly. Instead of issuing refund first, we were charged a second time (correct amount) and overdrew my credit card because of it. Now I'm waiting for the refund if the original charge(incorrect amount) to bring my credit card back into good standing. I'm hoping Capital One understands this was merchant error and that I'm not negatively impacted by it; as going over your credit limit effects your credit score.

Did not feel the receptionist took the time help me understand the membership plan, it felt a lil rushed.

My facial lasted less than 35 minutes. It felt rushed and wasn’t as relaxing as I had hoped. Maybe that’s normal, but I expected more for my $100.

I was very satisfied with my service. I enjoyed the ambience and friendliness of all staff there. I was a little bummed because when telling my esthetician which products I used she didn’t really give feedback on if they were good or what would be a better routine for me. She was super informative about the aftercare process of microdermabrasion and am the facial and paid close attention to my problem areas and still made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Over really enjoyed it and will definitely return!
