I was very satisfied with my service. I enjoyed the ambience and friendliness of all staff there. I was a little bummed because when telling my esthetician which products I used she didn’t really give feedback on if they were good or what would be a better routine for me. She was super informative about the aftercare process of microdermabrasion and am the facial and paid close attention to my problem areas and still made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Over really enjoyed it and will definitely return!

My facial was amazing. My massage was mediocre- I felt like the masseuse didn’t really want to be there - didn’t really engage with me or tell me about my body afterwords

Usually the The therapist will wait for you to come out give you some water talk to you about the service & recap hey I notice tension here or there. Even at checkout they usually ask if you would like to book your next session that never occurred either. Also I believe I had two credits on my account because I hadn’t gone in the last two months but for some reason nobody could really give me feedback on that

I was not sure if the add ons equals more time? I added a scalp massage for $15 extra but I wasnt sure if it was included in the hour or added extra time

All therapists should make sure hot towels are ready before starting so that they can be available as needed. When I move to my back, a hot towel should be placed under my neck for support while working on my arms and legs. Fans should be directed away from the table but also away from the wall, because facing the wall just makes the air bounce off the wall and hit the table anyway, leaving the table cold. Even with the bed heater on, I am consistently left with my hands and toes and nose cold if these things aren’t done, making it harder to relax. At the end of the appointment I should be offered either a hot towel or a wet hot towel to clean off with, wet hot towels are preferred because the oil can get on my clothes or in my hair and make things uncomfortable after the appointment is over. Therapists who do all of these things are top-tier, and show that they are paying attention to the comfort of the person on the table!

This appointment was amazing. I was not highly satisfied because my appointment was moved from the time I originally scheduled it. When I got to the spa, the esthetician was running behind. She was very apologetic and sweet and I felt like she gave me enough time for my facial so I was appreciative of that, but the start of the appointment I was a little annoyed.

I was pleased with the therapeutic results of the massage. My concern is a 50 minute hands-on experience for an hour massage. Even though the therapist did a wonderful job, I don't believe it is legally sound business practice to offer an hour massage when in actuality the massage itself is 50 minutes. I understand some salons use this practice but they are not the ones I choose to frequent. This happened to be a gift to me.

I was very satisfied, just not to an extreme. It was a great experience and I leaned a lot about my skin and how to care better for it, just thought the price was a little higher than I expected.

Not a full hour massage. A water to go would have been nice. Didn’t like sales pitch to join on a monthly basis. Receptionist was very nice tho!!

My therapist never asked what type of pressure I would like. After several minutes, I suggested more pressure. My therapist did an odd tapping motion after a few sections of my massage. She did not massage my thighs at all.
