Very friendly front desk, very chatty about there personal lives that could be overheard. Appt 20 mins late, no updates. Thought I was forgotten about. Therapist explained previous client fell asleep in room. Therapist apologized

The massage only lasted 45 minutes.

Felt like a little less time was spent on my problem areas/requested pain points than usual (maybe 65-70% vs 70-85%), that being said, the quality of massage was much better than average. Waiting room was clean and bright but also loud and busy, not a bad thing necessarily, just not as zen and relaxing as other places have been

It was fine, satisfactory. No complaints.

I felt the transfer with her hands were rough and dry. It wasn’t relaxing like I expected. Usually they therapist use ample amounts of massage lotion so it’s a smooth transfer in strokes. I am booked again with her on the 30th at 12:30 for a 90 minute massage. I hope I’m not disappointed. Also when I asked her how long she’s been doing this she said 5 yrs. I asked if she enjoyed it and she said no. This doesn’t hold much confidence in her ability to do a good job :(.

My massage therapist was very nice and knowledgeable and that made it easy to overlook the fact that she was late. She was sweet and pleasant. I wish there was place where you could check no talking, if you prefer quiet during the massage.

I felt like it was overall good and I did buy a membership. I just need to better communicate areas of pain to the therapist
