Hand and Stone

Person performing peel had to read instructions as if she'd never done one, the peel application felt like dry pads with no product on them, never felt any sensation of any kind during peel, as if not working. Did receive a very nice neck and shoulder massage for which I tipped nicely.

The music was ALL the way up in the room. At first I didn't mind it then it started to hurt my ears and made it where I couldn't relax as much.

Nothing is perfect

Maybe I have unrealistic expectations of what results should come from a facial, but it there was still gunk in my some of pores when I finished, especially in the areas I shared that concerned me like my chin and nose. I was able to squeeze the pores on my nose with fingers and stuff came out once I was in my car.

The first time I came to hand and stone was amazing and she went above and beyond. Sadly that massage therapist isn’t there anymore. The girls we had this time were very nice and accommodating but I don’t feel like it was a 60 minute massage at all compared to the one I had previously. It felt like maybe 35 minutes.

I have 2 concerns from my visit. After leaving I realized that I had paid the premium price for a 90 min massage with extra attention to my feet. It was after 2 when I walked back to the therapy room and it was 3:20 ish when I was completed paying and leaving the building. Later I wondered if I would have had reduced rates had I become a member that day. If so I did not understand that from my conversation With the desk person. So even though I was very pleased with the massage I received. I have doubts about cost and whether I got the full experience for which I paid. Thank you

could have used a little bit more pressure on the deep tissue part but it was very relaxing

Difficult to get appointment with my normal therapists as they were not available for weeks. Tried Swedish massage therapist then and did not feel the same level of relief as deep tissue massage. It was a learning experience on my part. Therapist did not do limbs, only back which was a surprise (back primary focus) Anticipated complete massage as done by my other therapists

I enjoyed my appointment and everyone was nice. It was my first time at Hand and Stone and I felt the esthetician wasn’t as welcoming to me.

For the most part I am highly satisfied.& I will be returning. My facial was enjoyable. Could have used more pressure but enjoyable still
