Hand and Stone

Would have liked to receive deeper pressure, very relaxing massage though. I do find Hand and Stone pricier (even with membership) than other comparable places.

I was highly satisfied with my massage. I'm from out of town so will not be back in Omaha to utilize their services again.

I appreciated being called that the therapist was running behind- WHICH I do NOT blame on the therapist. I think how closely the appointments are booked back to back to back is ridiculous. One person being 5 min late, or taking too long getting dressed throws everything off. I don't feel like I even get to relax on the table when done because I know they need to "get to their next one".

I had a very strange experience while leaving. There were two receptionists up front. The one who helped check me out was trying to sell me on the membership (which I wasn’t opposed to). I typically like to visit places more than once before I sign up for any programs though and upon me denying signup she got fairly rude and was short with me for the rest of the process. I want to point out that I wished I had walked up to the other receptionist. She seemed to understand what I was explaining better and was much friendlier and customer service oriented. I totally understand needing to make sales but dismissing customers because they reject your sales pitch is poor customer service. I want to note that the receptionist who greeted me (different than the other two) was very friendly and my masseuse Jose was awesome! I just wish I hadn’t walked out the door so the a sour experience.

The massage was ok-

Massage therapist arrived when my appointment was supposed to be. Essential oils were not used as requested with the appointment. Felt like both sides of my body were not massaged equally, such as shorter time on one side or area of my body. There was no checking in at all on pressure or comfort.

Overall I enjoyed my appointment. My masseuse was friendly, but there’s always room for improvement.

Started late, appointment ended early. Therapist didn't wear a mask.

Website for membership is very poor You cannot add an upgrade without calling directly Points are earned for booking online yet I cannot use it Also I put cc to save on account yet it doesn’t save I’ve made suggestions each time but is just brushed off
