I understand undressing/dressing, etc. as part of the time allowed. I laid down on the table at 12:06. I was called to go back a minute or two after 12:00. I got up from the table at 12:52. It felt rushed and short. I also enjoy some kind of eye mask when I'm on the table on my back. None offered or provided.

I paid for a foot treatment add on expecting to still have the hour facial and time added for the foot treatment instead my aesthetician felt rushed to fit the hour facial and the foot treatment. Because of that I do not feel like I got the end of the facial I paid for.

There’s always room for improvement! I felt the front desk wasn’t that friendly. There was no sign on the door for a mask, so I did not wear one, plus my breathing is affected by wearing a mask.

I liked my therapist a great deal and the staff was quite friendly, however the services offered were more expensive than other providers in the area.

Overall the experience was nice the receptionists were nice and my esthetician I really like. However I do think that the add-ons are a little bit pricey for what you receive. I think that you would get more members if the pricing wasn't so high for add-on services.

I could not locate my coupons and it was noted in my file that I’m had them because they wouldn’t let me use them on the previous massage, but they still wouldn’t honor them. I was a little disappointed.

This was my first massage, and I think it definitely is on me, but I wasn’t really aware of what areas could be focused on, or how the entire process worked prior to the massage. It may be beneficial to give a quick run down of the process, areas that will be massaged, and some examples of potential focus areas.

The massage was great and the therapist did a fantastic job. The ambiance of the property behind the reception area is less appealing.

Appointment did not start on time and one of the services my daughter selected for me was not used. Does that mean my services were not reviewed before Appointment?
