It was my first visit . There always room for improvement

Therapist was very friendly.

The ambiance was set up like a drs office then a spa

Massage therapist was very nice and somewhat inexperienced. I need much stronger pressure. She is learning and I have nothing bad to say about her. She tried very hard and will only get better.

I just wouldn’t put highly satisfied because it wasn’t enough firmness or pressure for my deep tissue. I really dislike having to repeat myself and keep saying firmer so next time I will definitely call first and have them recommend someone who is very very firm.

I have mad memberships previously at a competitor, and enjoyed getting regular massages to help with a chronic neck issue. This location has some good therapists, but the couple visits I have had did not quite get all the knots smoothed away as I have experienced before. Though a longer session may be helpful or using a more targeted approach, I did not feel as if I had a massage the next day as I experienced in the past. Perhaps I need them more often, but it would get expensive.

What I understood to be instructions and requirements needed to have a message appointment didnt match what I experienced. I thought I had to remain in my car until the session. But other people were coming and going. I was concerned I would not have a full session, so I went into the office. I just felt awkward and anxious.

Reception is slow process. Especially checking out . Cant use 1.5 of a prepaid for 80min sessions

Prefer New Age music to classical piano

Was told to arrive 15 minutes early and my appointment was running behind 15 minutes, so waiting 30 minutes is not ideal.
