Hand and Stone

It was ok. Receptionists we’re chatting amongst themselves when I came in. One of them said she was sorry she didn’t pay more attention to us and said , “sorry - it’s Saturday ya know”. Ha ha

I have not had many facials, but this time the aesthetician seemed timid. My knowledge is next to none, and rather than saying what I might like or need, the options were posed as questions. The massage was not much more than rubbing lotion in-if I had been given an option then I would have asked for more pressure. Overall, not my best communication scenario.

The humidity most was loud, forceful and was overwhelming. Do all aestheticians have to wear plastic gloves did not feel personal.

My fiances massage was not a relaxed one. The massage therapist was very loud, kicking the chair, moving, and when she was getting her massage her whole body moved. She didn't turn as the same time as me and didn't get all of her body massage. Not satisfied for being our first time there. Although, the receptionist was very nice and he gave us a good deal. We really appreciated it. That was very nice. Thank you.
