The esthetician was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. She was helpful with recommendations and explaining the treatment and options. The receptionist was also personable and helpful. I just have not seen the results yet, but it has only been one treatment, so I am hopeful. It seems a bit pricey, but if there are real results it will be worth it.

Joanne really listened to what I wanted. I appreciated the scentless gel she used. I felt comfortable asking for adjustments to the table heat and what I wanted to get out of the massage. I like that she checked in a few times about the pressure.

The front desk is great really help You from greeting to knowledge of upgrades and rating of therapist for your needs.

The friendliness and professionalism demonstrated by the front desk staff sets the tone for the visit. They are very helpful. My massage therapist is always excellent. Allison always asks about problem areas and uses the appropriate amount of pressure and attention to those areas. I am extremely satisfied with all aspects of Hand & Stone in McMirray. The membership is an excellent value!
