My facial was wonderful. Heather took the time to understand my concern regarding sensitivity. I wish that a sensitive facial would not be considered an upgrade. A sensitive facial should be the baseline.

Abigail was great. She focused on my problem areas and was wonderful. I feel so much better and more relaxed.

The massage was relaxing and done with an appropriate amount of pressure. The massage therapist answered questions, but allowed me to relax and enjoy the massage without expecting a conversation. My facial was wonderful as always, and Ansley, the Esthetician, was very knowledgeable about the products applied to my face and explained WHY the products were used - I was thinking of her as a "facial chemist". Provided me with knowledge I never knew from purchasing facial products for about 5o+ years.

The welcoming atmosphere of the center and it's staff. The knowledge the massage therapist shared with me about my problem areas. The massage was exactly the right pressure and the therapist knew how to get the knots out of the trouble spots with perfect percision.

The entire experience was great. Heather was very helpful and explained everything very well and although I purchased products she was not pushy into my buying the products.

I was highly dissatisfied. All of my answers pointed to unhappiness with my treatment. The reception people err were very nice and caring.
