Brittany is wonderful! She is the best! If I was able to afford it, I would book twice a month instead of only once. I so look forward to those 80 minutes!

Nick is an EXCELLENT massage therapist. He has extensive knowledge of the body's muscles, nerves, lymphatic system, connecting tissue, etc. I've been seeing him for years to feel better from my chronic pain associated with rheumatoid arthritis, old sports injuries, etc. His techniques (European, sports therapy, cranial sacrum, and more) are different than any other massage therapist that I've been to... and they WORK!! I highly recommend going to see Nick at Hand & Stone for anyone that has chronic pain.

Megan was very detailed with the facial. She didn’t talk a lot which I appreciate as I like it to be a relaxing experience. She also did a great job with the neck and shoulder massage.

I came in for a facial due to recent dryness and flaking of my face with winter despite a regular skincare routine. Megan listened to my concerns, asked questions about my preferences, and made several suggestions to enhance my experience. She was knowledgeable and thorough in her care and my skin felt fantastic after my facial. Aside from that, Megan also provided facial neck and shoulder massage that made the experience so very relaxing!

I HAVE JUST MOVED UP HERE FROM YOUNGSTOWN AND HAD ALWAYS GONE TO THE SAME SPA FOR 7 YEARS. I WAS A LITTLE WORRIED I WOULD NOT FIND ONE AS GOOD AS I HAD BUT I AM GLAD I DID!! EVERYONE IS BEYOND GREAT!!!!! FROM THE TIME I STEPPED IN THE DOOR TO THE TIME I CHECKED OUT I WAS OVER JOYED WITH MY EXPERIENCE!!! :)

The manager, Liz, greeted me warmly and took an interest in me. Courtney, My esthetician asked knowledgeable questions on my skin care program and took much time and effort to make my facial an incredible experience. Both ladies made me feel calyed.

The staff is great

My first experience here was great! Staff was kind and made me feel comfortable. Great price for the visit and member ship option was nice.
