I love the friendliness and cleanliness of Hand & Stone Rocky River. Courtney and Hannah are two wonderful estheticians. The procedures and peace I find during my appointments = priceless.

The massage therapist has been knowledgeable, and the massage has improved my ability to move and my quality of life. the shop is clean, the receptionists helpful and attentive when i arrive or if I have a question.

The massage therapist checked my comfort level throughout the massage. He gave special attention to sore areas, and was very professional and friendly.

My therapist Matt is amazing. He is knowledgeable in massage and takes his time to ask what I need and keeps checking in to make sure the experience was good.

The extensive questions on the forms and the phone regarding my not relevant medical history is illegal and violation of HIPA laws. How are you storing all that info? Who has access. I am a consultant in that business and I bet you are seriously out of alignment. Who wants to fill in seven page questions on arrival-especially after answering all that on the phone? Half of those pages of questions are gratuitous to your business sales and wastes my time.
