Alicia was very knowledgeable and thorough. It was my first facial and I was a bit nervous. She was very calming and made me feel very comfortable.

I have been very happy with my Hand and Stone membership because my massage therapist, Ken is amazing. He is very knowledgeable and is great at incorporating new techniques to work out knots in my back. Also, he is extremely professional and I feel very comfortable around him.
