There was zero wait time when I walked in for my appointment, I was taken back right away. The girl who did my facial was extremely friendly and easy to talk to. The location was very clean

I made a mistake booking my appointment online and when I called to change it, the receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. I was treated to the same warmth and friendliness at the desk when I checked in. My massage therapist Albert was incredible in all ways and he gave me the BEST massage I’ve ever had!

My esthetician, Hannah was very friendly and made me feel really comfortable throughout the whole process. I loved the upgrade she recommended and my skin felt amazing and refreshed afterwards. I will definitely come back to get another facial with her in the future!

I have been getting facials monthly for the last 5 months with Chelsea. I am 56 years old and my skin looks and feels so good that I no longer wear makeup! I originally came to Hand & Stone for a massage and thought I’d treat myself to a facial. Now I get a facial every month and will continue to do so.

I enjoyed my facial and it did wonders for my face. I have signed up to go monthly.

Lisa was great, so knowledgeable and gave me tips on how to continue to relieve my pain. She is definitely an asset to your company!

As always I get such a warm welcome when I come in. Love the receptionist (I think her name is grace but I’m terrible with names). She’s always very friendly and knowledgeable and has good helpful opinions on each therapist. Also have loved each of the people I’ve worked with. Even though I bounce around between a lot of people I think each does well to listen to and address my concerns and needs with each appointment
