Friendly and knowledgable staff. Just what I needed!

For my first time it was great. Since it was a surprise gift, I didn't know what to expect . I will be better prepared in the future.

The phone appointment went great the lady was very knowledgeable and it took Lee’s them 10mins and when I arrived they took care of me and my lady. My only problem was when I went to get my massage I looked and it was dry blood stain on the cover.

I hurt my back and really needed a massage. After finding Hand and Stone online, I was able to book a massage and be getting it within 2 hours!

I was highly satisfied with my massage. This was my first time ever getting a massage and they made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend anyone to go to hand and stone for your massage

Convenient location and ease of getting to and from my appointment are important to me. H&S has that. The young woman, Chelsea, who provided my facial is knowledgeable and has a good touch. She made sure I as comfortable and provided an explanation about what she would be doing. After the facial my skin felt much better, more moist and supple.

My masseuse, Halston, was very good. I’ve already booked my next appointment with him. I wish the massage beds were heated/ warmer.

The therapist asked me what my problem areas were and I explained. He then asked if I wanted to spend the majority of the time focusing on those areas and I said yes. He did an amazing job working on the problem areas. He also gave me great suggestions on how to keep those problem areas from flaring up so much. He was very friendly and easy to talk to.

Lisa the on-site receptionist was warm, professional and welcoming. Chelsea was approachable, skilled, friendly and genuine.

My therapist was excellent and he allowed me to relax, which is hard these days.
