Everyone was polite. Knowledgeable employee did my facial and answered all my questions. I also got great recommendations. I learned a lot about skin care.

Therapist listened to me. He addressed my problem areas and I felt he was knowledgeable and experienced at his craft.

The ambiance of the store was relaxing and all were welcoming. My wait time was minimal and my therapist went over my aches, pains and the issues I was having. I opted to use peppermint essential oils and it was very soothing. As the therapist was massaging the hot stones over me, she always asked if they were too hot and if the pressure was ok. How could I not give a “ highly satisfied” response!!

All the staff was great and very Friendly

The reception area is spacious and clean with beverages available. The ladies at the desk are welcoming and friendly. I called from the parking lot and my room was prepped in minutes. My temperature was taken and hands washed by friendly sincere request. When my facial was rescheduled, after virus, my regular aesthetician had not returned. However, she returned before my appointment and I was contacted to see if I wanted to switch. I did. Carrie did a wonderful job, as always, making me feel relaxed, freshening my look, talking about what products she was using and why, giving me helpful instructions for between appointments (and wrote them down for me before I left), and giving me a peaceful time to enjoy. I have my next appointment scheduled and a plan of treatment action for my follow up visits toward a more youthful look. Very Satisfied indeed!

When I went into the massage I had just come back from a long hard day at work. I left feeling very relaxed and calm.
