Courtney has been absolutely wonderful; I've only had 2 appointments with her and I'm already seeing a difference in my skin. I've struggled with skin issues for nearly 15 years and I can finally see a light at the end of the tunnel, so to speak! She has been super attentive to all my skin issues and has such a cheery yet relaxing disposition. I already made my appointment for next month!

Courtney was running 20 mins late so the front desk offered me a massage while I waited on her. Much better than just sitting in the lobby. Kara offered me a membership and was not pushy, after speaking with my spouse, I went back in and purchased the membership.

I was able to book appointments at the same time for three people. All were satisfied with the experience. I felt that my esthetician was friendly and highly competent.

It gets frustrating that you get up-charged without knowing/agreeing to it.. I still paid for the up-charge both times it happened to me.. But it is very clear that all employees are not on the same page with it. When signing up for my membership, I was told by the girl at the reception desk, my therapist can look in the notes in my profile, and see I like more pressure, without having to up-charge me for an actual deep tissue. The past 2 times I have had to schedule w/ a different therapist, who is great by the way, but I was charged extra for deep tissue massage, without ever having a conversation/confirmation between us, of the extra charge.

I checked out before the massage and the receptionist failed to check for accrued credits and failed to explain effectively how massage enhancements are deducted from said accrued credits. I was also called after leaving to see if I wanted to leave a tip for my therapist when it was already taken care of at check in.
