I felt the therapist was really good at some areas, ignored other areas and talked extensively.

You mesh with certain Therapist but i didnt with this one

Again Joe was very nice and professional. He just doesn’t have the same technicality as other therapists I have seen here. I have a tough back so I think I just need a more technical touch.

Was given a price over phone that didn't match my checkout cost. Felt pressured to sign up for membership. Therapists had stinky breath and long nails which decreased message enjoyment.

I did not like the high-pressure sales tactics at the check-out. Several times I indicated that I wasn't thinking clearly and didn't want to buy or schedule anything more at that time and I still was pressured into buying the membership. On top of that, I was shamed into leaving a tip that was not the indicated amount I was wanting to spend. I have regrets and sort of dread going back and/or cancelling the membership.

I didn’t think I selected “not” highly satisfied and now this survey won’t let me go back and check or change my selection. I was very satisfied except for this survey which doesn’t let me go back!

The massages are fine, but it's very hard to find a therapist that will go deep enough. I need a lot of pressure, I have a lot of muscle. Additionally, booking online/app is garbage. I almost always do a 90-120min massage and those options aren't available to book

I COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR A BETTER FACIAL. I USUALLY GET MY MONTHLY FACIAL AND SOMETIMES ADD THE EXFOLIATION WITH THE MACHINE. I GUESS IWAS NOT AWEAR OF HOW MUCH MORE IT COST. I DO NOT REMEBER IT BEING THAT MUCH THE OTHER TIMES COURTNEY DID IT.

Again, just felt like I got there early to fill out pre-appointment information but wasn't taken on time and ended 10 minutes before the hour was up. But maybe 1 hour massage = 50 minutes? Wasn't sure I read it correctly when booking so didn't want to say anything at the time.

They raised the tip suggestion. For a 80 dollar seesion, I don't understand how 31% is "good", 38% is consider "great", and 44% is for the best massage ever. They claimed the previous tipping was severely low. I don't think it was. I don't know anywhere else that strong-arms customers into paying 30-40% for a service. I'm gonna have to rethink the membership if this outrageous behavior is normal
