Hand and Stone

Ever changing receptionist, don't know our names, not treated in a friendly Mayer, rushed. We where much friendlier than they are. Treated like just another person. Never asked if we would like to redeem rewards. Feel that service his starting to go down nice we signed up in the last year. Not sure if I'll stay a long term member.

I loved absolutely everything, until check out. I didn’t like the “pressure” of becoming a member or “last chance” to sign up for the special. It took away from the relaxing experience and frankly left a bad taste in my mouth after an incredible massage.

Therapist seemed new and hesitant, not as thorough as others I have had. She was very kind.

I am a client of my therapist when he worked at a different Spa. This was my first time seeing his new location.. He is the reason I came Hand & Stone...

The atmosphere of the place is amazing Very good experience specially it’s my very first time ever going to a massage spa Plus the staff is very friendly,, definitely I’m coming back!

The walls are very thin, and other therapist speak so loud I can hear them over the “calming” music. I think other therapist should consider the other guests or you should have made adjustments to walls for quieter rooms.

The therapist in the next room talked to their client at a normal level the entire 90 minutes. It was extremely distracting. I wish the therapists were spread out more to avoid the excess noise.

The online booking is not the most user friendly. I want to book 90 mins and pay the difference but I can only do 60 mins with the site. I also wish I could just exclude one massage therapist I do not want vs only selecting all female, male or looking through one at a time to make sure I do not get her for my next visit.

Therapist was very nice but talked a bit. I felt like I had to carry on a conversation. The oil or lotion had a smell to it and I did not care for it.

I enjoyed my time and hand and stone. I am a hard judge though and always believe there is room for improvement in all aspects of life. For my therapist this was by far the best massage of my life and if I lived closer would have probably joined the monthly program
